Wedding Suites

Like no other venue, West Park can offer a range of wedding reception and ceremony suites for you to choose from.

We can be as flexible as possible to accommodate your guests. Most of our suites can be used for the drinks reception, wedding meal or the wedding ceremony itself.

With four beautiful rooms to choose from you can take your wedding vows at our beautiful antique altar table with a complimenting Georgian registration table to give your ceremony a touch of elegance.

Caird Room

This is our most elegant room with its ornate ceiling and cornicing, marble fireplaces and large bay windows overlooking the beautiful lawn and gardens.

For guest numbers up to 70 seated.

The Howff 'Meeting Place'

This is a beautiful, more contemporary room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gardens and the River Tay.

For guest numbers up to 120 seated.

Keiller Restaurant

This sumptuous room with views of the grounds is furnished in a rich red and gold which gives your ceremony a luxurious feel.

For guest numbers of up to 150 seated.

Camperdown Suite

For larger weddings this suite offers a staged area so that your guests can get the perfect view. Floor to apex, dual aspect windows offer views to the beautiful grounds.

For guest numbers of up to 200 seated.

Celebrate your marriage with a sparkling wine cocktail and delicate canapés to tempt your taste buds while your photographer captures the day in the beautiful grounds.

For ceremonies in the Mansion House or for ceremonies held off site and up to 120 guests, your drinks reception will be held in the Mansion House bar and Baxter Conservatory where your guests can celebrate your wedding and step out onto the lawns.

The Camperdown suite foyer offers an ideal reception area for larger numbers of guests also with access to the lawn and gardens.

For your wedding breakfast we have four beautiful rooms to choose from: the grand Caird Room, the lavish Keiller Restaurant, the contemporary Howff 'Meeting Place' or for larger weddings, the Camperdown Suite. Our wide range of wedding suites means we can accommodate from 20 to 200 guests.

All tables are fully set with linen tablecloths and napkins, mirrors and tea lights to compliment your centre pieces.

Caird Room

Steeped in elegance and tradition this room is perfect for dining up to 50 guests.

Howff 'Meeting Place'

This more contemporary styled room offers dining for up to 80 guests.

Keiller Restaurant

Our most popular room for wedding breakfasts dining from 60 up to 100 guests.

Camperdown Suite

For guest numbers of 100 up to 200 seated, this is the perfect suite for your wedding breakfast.

The stage ensures your guests can get the perfect view of your top table

For the final part of your celebrations you can dance the night away with your guests in either the Keiller suite, Howff suite or for larger celebrations the Camperdown suite.

Howff 'Meeting Place'

This room has its own private bar and has a dance floor. For guest numbers up to 80 seated.

Keiller Restaurant

Suitable for receptions from 60 to 120 guests with an integral dance floor.

The beautiful Baxter Garden Room is also included with this room.

Camperdown Suite

For guest numbers of 120 up to 200.

This room has a large dance floor and impressive stage area. This suite offers exclusive use with a private bar.
