Whether a family celebration or special event, West Park has a variety of dining options available for you to choose from. Our experienced catering team, from the chefs to the waiters, are all highly trained and use only the finest local Scottish ingredients. Whether you want a dish from Dundee or a buffet from Balmoral, we can deliver a beautiful dining experience.

As with all of our catering options, if you have a specific style of catering in-mind, we can tailor our menus to suit what you are looking for. We will work with you to ensure we meet your specific requirements. If you would like to organise your own professional caterer, we would be happy to discuss this option with you.

Iona

This is our most popular menu as it has something for everyone with a selection of hand cut sandwiches, Chefs mini pizza, sausage rolls, our famous haggis parcels and home cut chicken goujons with dips. £12.50 per person


Hot Fork Buffet

For something more substantial we offer a selection of 3 hot food dishes chosen from an extensive menu, priced from £13.95 pp.

  • Breast of Chicken in a Mushroom Cream Sauce
  • Roast Chicken breast with a Bacon wrapped chipolata served in a lightly roasted Jus
  • Traditional Steak Pie, Slow braised beef in a rich gravy served with a pastry top
  • Baked Fillet of Salmon dressed in a horseradish cream

Dessert selection

  • Roast Sirloin of beef served with a blue cheese and mushroom Sauce 
  • Roasted Chicken breast stuffed with haggis, served in whisky gravy
  • Roast loin of pork with a Mushroom and Dijon mustard cream

  • Grilled Sea bass with a roasted pepper sauce
  • Tay Salmon Wellington served with a chive and butter cream sauce
