All of the above are included in your Room Hire Rate – don’t forget if you want something different, just ask, we’ll make it happen!
Room Hire Ceremony - £175
Room Hire Evening reception - £400
(If you are booking an evening reception only on a Friday or Saturday a minimum of 90 catered guests are required)
Capacities
The Longforgan suite can accommodate up to 80 for a wedding ceremony and 50 for a wedding breakfast.
Hendersons can accommodate up to 100 guests for your wedding breakfast and evening reception
The Sidlaw suite can accommodate up to 200 guests for an evening reception
Please note that Saturday weddings from June – September must have a minimum of 70 guests for the wedding meal.
All Inclusive Spring & Summer Wedding Package
from 1st March to 31st October
Based on 70 day guests and an additional 50 evening guests:
- Wine and canapés on arrival
- Three course set wedding meal chosen from the Benromach menu
- A glass of our specially selected house wine plus top up during meal
- A glass of sparkling wine to toast
- Evening buffet of traditional stovies
- Master of Ceremonies
- Fully dressed tables to include centre pieces, chair covers & sashes
- Top table flower arrangement
- Room hire
- Red carpet for arrival of guests and wedding party
- Place cards, seating plan and personalised menus
- Use of flat level silver cake stand and knife
- Changing room for Bride & Groom, subject to availability
