We are delighted to announce that West Park is officially approved by Dundee City Council to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies on the premises.
Should you be considering holding your Wedding Ceremony at the hotel, then the following information will be of assistance to you:
- Before confirming a date with us you must check the availability of the Registrar who actually conducts the marriage ceremony:
Registrars of Marriages, 89 Commercial Street, Dundee DD1 2AF
Office Hours: 8.45 am to 4.45 pm Monday to Friday.
- All costs relating to the attendance of the Registrar at a marriage ceremony must be paid before the ceremony, directly to the Registrar.
These costs are as follows (inc marriage notice fee, ceremony fee and marriage certificate) :
- Monday-Friday – before 5pm - £206; after 6pm - £254.00
- Saturday – £262.00
- Sunday - £280.00
- Bank Holidays - £322.00

West Park’s Longforgan, Balbeggie and Sidlaw Suites have been specially approved for Wedding Ceremonies. All are located at ground level, making it accessible to guests with disabilities. The Longforgan can accommodate a ceremony for up to 90 people, The Balbeggie up to 120 and the Sidlaw Suite up to 300 people
Room hire charges apply for your ceremony and are as follows:
Longforgan £160.00
Balbeggie £200.00
Sidlaw £325.00
