“We were travelling and appreciated that we could check in late. The room was a standard double room with ensuite and was very clean. Breakfast was served in a beautiful old building and was well worth it. Would stay here again if passing through Dundee.

“The accomadation was excellent and the room was a good size, nice and easy for parking and a local bus only 100 yds from the entrance. Very comfortable bed and a nice size of washroom and shower. Lovely breakfast in nice open dining area. Enjoyable stay.

“Stayed here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and have to say it was spot on for what we wanted, The room was very clean and tidy, clean bed linen and fresh towels, plenty of tea and coffee. For the money we paid could not find any fault with it at all. Would recommend this to others and would certainly stay again. Its a pity its not open at New Year or we would have booked it again straight away.

“We stayed here whilst visiting Edinburgh for the 'Fringe Festival'. The only accommodation we could get, if any was very expensive to stay in Edinburgh. We didn't know what to expect but was very surprised by the accommodation which was cleaned every day and had shower room, television, comfy double bed, tea and coffee what more do you want!
